Job Requirements
- Must have a culinary degree or cooking certification preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of experience cooking in high volume institutional catering
- Must have strong efficiency in knife skills
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
- Must be able to lift and push 50 plus pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8 plus hours
- Must be flexible and able to react to changing priorities
- Must have an understanding of various cooking techniques and the ability to follow recipes
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Must have a strong understanding of food safety and HACCP regulations
Job Qualifications
