Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Must successfully complete driver training program and obtain SIDA and Customs Seal
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to work 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to work in extreme heat or cold
- Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for entire shift
- Must have good organizational skills and adaptability
- Must have ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
- Must have flexible schedule available 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Must be in current position for 60 days with good attendance record
Job Qualifications

- Completion of on-the-job driver training program
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to apply safety standards and follow ramp safety, AOA safety and security rules
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment including nights, weekends and holidays
- Good attendance record
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Team player
Job Duties
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with management and airline personnel
- Assign and dispatch drivers and reassign as necessary
- Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly
- Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to management as needed
- Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
- Use quality forms for flight checks and report daily feedback
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP and other regulations
- Ensure on-time delivery and accurate production and catering of all flights
- Monitor and assist in compliance with HACCP and ramp safety SOP
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work a 24/7 schedule to meet customer requirements and needs
