Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Must successfully complete driver training program and obtain SIDA and Customs Seal
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to work 24/7 including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be physically able to work in extreme heat or cold
  • Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for entire shift
  • Must have good organizational skills and adaptability
  • Must have ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
  • Must have flexible schedule available 7 days a week, 365 days a year
  • Must be in current position for 60 days with good attendance record

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Completion of on-the-job driver training program
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to apply safety standards and follow ramp safety, AOA safety and security rules
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Team player

Job Duties

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with management and airline personnel
  • Assign and dispatch drivers and reassign as necessary
  • Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly
  • Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and escalate to management as needed
  • Keep management informed of area activities and significant problems
  • Use quality forms for flight checks and report daily feedback
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP and other regulations
  • Ensure on-time delivery and accurate production and catering of all flights
  • Monitor and assist in compliance with HACCP and ramp safety SOP
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work a 24/7 schedule to meet customer requirements and needs
