Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Completion of on-the-job driver training program and obtainment of SIDA and Customs Seal
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to work in extreme heat or cold environments
- Ability to walk, stoop, bend and stand for entire work shift
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to frequent changes
- Good attendance record with minimum 60 days in current position
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Must be a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
- Interpersonal communication, customer service skills, and professionalism
- Ability to apply safety standards and follow ramp safety, AOA safety and security rules
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- Must successfully complete on-the-job driver training program and obtain SIDA and Customs Seal
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
- Must be a team player
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with and between LSG Sky Chefs management and Customer Service personnel and airline ramp and operations personnel
- Assign and dispatch drivers
- Reassign as necessary
- Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly
- Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and elevate to management as needed
- Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Perform daily quality checks using various forms and report findings
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP and other regulations
- Monitor and assist in ensuring compliance with HACCP and ramp safety SOP
- Ensure on-time delivery and accurate production and catering of all flights
- Assume other related duties as required or assigned
- Work a 24/7 schedule including nights, weekends, holidays as necessary
