Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of related experience
- Ability to exert up to 20-25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- Vision adequate for close and far tasks with or without correction
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- Compliance with personal hygiene and dress code
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out of reach items, loading/unloading heavy items, making note of suggestions
- Answers telephone promptly and takes customer orders
- Takes customer orders at the counter
- Works as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Practices proper sanitation procedures and maintains clean work area
- Reviews status and freshness of food
- Prepares pizza toppings
- Orders breads from bakery or outside
- Receives product and verifies order
- Prebakes pizza crust
- Ensures adequate product supply
- Anticipates product needs
- Inventories cold case
- Runs department registers and handles payments
- Removes trash timely
- Maintains personal hygiene and dress standards
- Adheres to company policies and store guidelines
- Reports to work timely
