Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service standards
- Responsible for table layout with clean place mats and silverware rolls
- Remove multiple dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture and perform other duties assigned
- Assisting server with guest service
- Knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures and willingness to learn and follow any new policy or procedure
- Ensure all appearance and uniform standards
- Maintain consistent communication with managers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with guests, team members, and vendors
- Ability to accept performance feedback in an efficient manner
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts
- Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts
- Perform other duties as assigned
