Job Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a busser or in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift to 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Job Duties
- Maintain a high level of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service standards
- Responsible for table layout with clean place mats and silverware rolls
- Remove multiple dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture and perform other duties assigned
- Assisting server with guest service
- Knowledge of the applicable company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future
- Ensure all appearance and uniform standards
- Maintain a consistent communication with managers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors
- Ability to accept performance feedback in an efficient manner
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential component of the job
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job
- Other duties as assigned
