- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- 1-2 years work experience in a high volume bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing the venue
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Completion of bartending school is highly suggested but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and co-workers
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
- 1-2 years of experience in a high volume bar environment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of promoting and marketing events
- Understanding of company safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Care service standards
- Check for proper identification of guests appearing under the age of 35
- Thorough knowledge and adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all bar areas
- Handle cash and credit transactions at the point of sales system
- Mix and serve beverages, food, and amenities in all bar areas
- Market and promote specific events both on property and in public venues
- Consistently deliver exceptional service while interacting and entertaining guests professionally
- Initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment consistently
- Adhere to and enforce company safety policies
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation following Clark County Health Standards
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards
- Maintain open communication with managers
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests, team members, and vendors
- Accept performance feedback professionally
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
