Job Duties
- Leads business partner outreach and engagement for WMHU to discuss partnerships for on-site mobile unit deployment for employee annual wellness events and ongoing support for health management
- acts as the point person for WMHU business to business connections and marketing initiatives
- responsible for working with WMHU leadership and WH Legal team to develop Service Agreements for business events
- meets regularly with businesses to develop marketing strategies, discuss areas of opportunity to expand services and proactively troubleshoots issues
- acts as the point person for preparing marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and engagement
- conducts patient interviews to gain valuable feedback regarding experiences, current and future services
- participates in planning meetings to understand the target audience and services offered
- performs photography and videography tasks at key WMHU events
- creates, edits, and produces digital (website, social media, email) and printed marketing materials that are consistent with the Wayne Health and WSU marketing guidelines
- manages internal and external marketing materials to ensure brand guidelines are followed
- writes content and develops digital videos and printed marketing materials for WMHU initiatives
- utilizes analytics to improve healthcare quality and marketing effectiveness
- assists with public relations and marketing campaigns following WMHU and WSU marketing guidelines
- promotes and distributes WMHU's content via relevant sites (LinkedIn, local business blogs and various social media sites)
- monitors social media posts daily and provides feedback
- prepares marketing bins and special event staging for WMHU events
- obtains signed photographic and videography release forms for individuals participating in digital outreach
- assists with special WMHU projects
- manages WMHU attendance at conferences
- coordinates locations for WMHU setup, designs and produces marketing materials and distributes at conferences
- responsible for independently leading the design, development, and execution of comprehensive change in outreach, scheduling, and deployment strategies across the Mobile Unit
- works with WSU/WH Grant Liaison to incorporate project requirements with overall WMHU vision and goals
- coordinates meetings with local and state leaders in partnering WMHU's vision with the goals and needs of the community
- coordinates meetings, planning sessions, and event strategies with Principal Investigators for all grant-related activities conducted at mobile unit events
- assists WMHU administrative team with event scheduling for both grant and corporate events
- responsible for WMHU Web Calendar Updates and Maintenance
- assists with managing all WMHU website & event requests
- coordinates and attends community leadership workgroups and meetings
- participates in multiple memberships in local community & business focused organizations
- responsible for providing support to the WMHU Administrative Team
- responsible for performing review and analysis of special projects and reports out to leadership
- other duties as assigned
