Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
ability to work flexible hours including weekends
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
dependable and punctual
strong communication skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms by making beds, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, replenishing toiletries and towels, doing laundry
attend to the inn's overall cleanliness by tidying common areas, polishing surfaces, and dusting
inspect rooms in time for arrivals
communicate the status of rooms with the rest of the team
assist teammates as needed
maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
follow safety and hygiene standards
