Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to use hospitality software
- Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Provide and clean up breakfast service
- Oversee the cleanliness of the inn's common areas
- Assist with housekeeping and inspect rooms
- Maintain reservation records using hotel software
- Use hospitality software to create and modify bookings
- Check guests in and out
- Provide active service throughout shift including lifting objects up to 25 pounds
- Assist with luggage and valet cars
- Respond to inquiries over the phone and via email
- Keep a working knowledge of the bar menu
- Offer recommendations to local bars, restaurants, and venues in the Madison area
