Job Duties
- Accurately assemble, distribute and collect patient trays
- collect patient trays at the appropriate time and in an efficient manner
- clean all wares used for meal service
- clean all equipment used for meal service
- clean dish machine, dish room and equipment appropriately
- respond to patient requests in a timely manner
- pass patient trays in a correct and courteous manner
- handle food in a safe manner by maintaining temps, using barriers, and observing HACCP plan
- strip trays per procedure in a timely manner
- complete other assigned tasks
