Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in hospitality or travel industry
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to attend events and travel as needed
  • Proficiency with sales and data analytics tools

  • Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for transient segment
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Generate hotel awareness through sales efforts and client engagement
  • Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams on campaigns
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Attend trade shows and evaluate ROI
  • Utilize data analytics for sales performance and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to implement sales initiatives
