Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all kitchen operations

  • Improve processes to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
