Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or outlet management preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push or pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds
  • Must have a professional appearance and maintain courteous manner
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and assist team members
  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
  • Must comply with attendance policies and be regularly available to work

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service
  • Knowledge of wines and preparation techniques
  • Excellent mathematical abilities to determine and track inventory controls revenue production and financial statements
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to work standing and moving about in restaurant and kitchen areas for entire shifts
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy
  • Experience in supervising and managing restaurant or outlet operations
  • Ability to effectively document and communicate operational updates and reports

Job Duties

  • Interview hire train recommend performance evaluations resolve problems provide open communication recommend discipline and or termination when appropriate
  • Ensure that the restaurant complies with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates
  • Check that all equipment is in working order
  • Visually inspect and take action to ensure that facilities in restaurant look appealing and attractive to guests
  • Follow up on work orders to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed timely
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction ensuring food quality is consistent and appealing
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality
  • Document inventory forecast usage and monitor supply levels for service items
  • Abide by all state federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
  • Participate in marketing efforts including creating menu ideas surveying competition reporting food trends and assisting with specials preparation
  • Responsible for vendor ordering for all outlets
  • Communicate clearly to staff both verbally and in writing
  • Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability to work
  • Create new SOPs edit payroll timecards manage associate scheduling and maintain outlet cost controls and sales budgets
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
