Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2 plus years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent management and leadership
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, JDEdwards, and Salesforce
  • Effective communication skills in public speaking
  • Good working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

  • 2 plus years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent management and leadership
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good working knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Effective writing and public speaking communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, JDEdwards, and Salesforce
  • Recognizable industry certification preferred
  • OSHA General Industries 30 Hour course preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate a clean and well maintained property providing guests with a positive shopping experience
  • Prepare and manage multi year ordinary capital and operating expense plans to meet or exceed company expectations
  • Maintain strong ownership and knowledge of key metrics including net operating income, cash flow, occupancy, sales, and property financing
  • Manage and develop the talent of the property team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate executive leadership by guiding successful teams representative of the company’s core values
  • Partner with corporate departments such as Leasing, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, National Operations, Human Resources, and Development to meet property and corporate objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with tenants to understand sales performance, merchandise trends, and local market business and real estate trends
  • Cultivate favorable relationships with local officials, government leaders, first responders, key stakeholders, and community organizations
  • Identify opportunities to create meaningful partnerships and experiences that drive community connection with the property
  • Understand all REA obligations and partnerships with adjacent property owners
  • Support real estate tax team in proactive tax strategies
  • Promote corporate sustainability efforts to reduce the property’s carbon footprint
  • Monitor and assist with accounts receivables as needed
  • Support Safety, Health, and Environment programs by incorporating Life Saving Principles
  • Participate in Manager on Duty schedule during non office hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays including at least one Saturday per month on site
  • Perform other duties as assigned
