Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in hospitality or food service management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage staff
  • knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
  • understanding of alcoholic beverage service regulations
  • availability to work evenings and weekends
  • certification in alcohol service and safe food handling preferred
  • ability to maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors
  • proficiency with computer systems for scheduling and budgeting
  • ability to handle financial aspects of operations
  • knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
  • commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Duties

  • Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
  • manages budget and inventory
  • trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
  • assists with catering events tied to shows
  • establishes beverage program and seasonal specials
  • purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • manages culinary program in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team
  • maintains positive working relationships with staff, venue client, and production team
  • works with vendors to increase positive cost results
  • coordinates with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing
  • oversees financial aspects of bar and concession stand operations
