Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or food service management
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage staff
- knowledge of budgeting and inventory management
- understanding of alcoholic beverage service regulations
- availability to work evenings and weekends
- certification in alcohol service and safe food handling preferred
- ability to maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors
- proficiency with computer systems for scheduling and budgeting
- ability to handle financial aspects of operations
- knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
- commitment to upholding company standards and policies

Job Duties
- Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
- manages budget and inventory
- trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
- assists with catering events tied to shows
- establishes beverage program and seasonal specials
- purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- manages culinary program in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team
- maintains positive working relationships with staff, venue client, and production team
- works with vendors to increase positive cost results
- coordinates with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing
- oversees financial aspects of bar and concession stand operations
