Job Requirements
- Education and experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3-5 years management experience in food and beverage service
- proven leadership skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and inventories efficiently
- knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and regulations
- certification in alcohol service and food safety
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in computer applications related to scheduling and inventory
- valid work authorization
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

- knowledge of all state and local alcohol laws
- certified by the National Bar & Restaurant Management Association
- openness to working an events-driven schedule
Job Duties
- Schedules, trains, manages, and develops staff
- manages budget and inventory
- trains and supervises alcoholic beverage service
- assists with catering events tied to shows
- establishes beverage program and seasonal specials
- purchases alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- manages culinary program in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team
- maintains a positive working relationship with staff, venue client and production team
- works with vendors to increase positive cost results
- works in conjunction with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing to achieve maximum results
- oversees financial aspects of first class bar/concession stand operations
