  • must be willing to travel

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent work experience
  • five years experience in field marketing and event marketing
  • experience planning large-scale events and trade shows
  • strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
  • strong project management and vendor management skills
  • excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Job Duties

  • select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
  • develop comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness
  • provide strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI
  • plan and execute customer and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue
  • establish regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence
  • coordinate with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives
  • implement measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance
  • manage strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs
  • comply with all applicable laws, regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
  • perform other assignments as required
