Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management or equivalent work experience
- five years experience in field marketing and event marketing
- experience planning large-scale events and trade shows
- strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
- strong project management and vendor management skills
- excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Job Duties
- select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
- develop comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness
- provide strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI
- plan and execute customer and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue
- establish regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence
- coordinate with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives
- implement measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance
- manage strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs
- comply with all applicable laws, regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- perform other assignments as required
