Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing business management or equivalent work experience
  • Five years' experience in field marketing and event marketing
  • Experience planning large scale events and trade shows
  • Strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
  • Must be willing to travel

Job Duties

  • Select lead educate develop and motivate a staff of employees
  • Develop comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness
  • Provide strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI
  • Maintain responsibility for planning and executing customers and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue
  • Establish regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence
  • Drive coordination with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives
  • Implement comprehensive measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs
  • Comply with all applicable laws regulations as well as company policies procedures
  • Perform other assignments or duties as required
