Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing business management or equivalent work experience
- Five years' experience in field marketing and event marketing
- Experience planning large scale events and trade shows
- Strong understanding of event management strategy and data tracking for event campaigns
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Must be willing to travel

Job Duties
- Select lead educate develop and motivate a staff of employees
- Develop comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness
- Provide strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI
- Maintain responsibility for planning and executing customers and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue
- Establish regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence
- Drive coordination with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives
- Implement comprehensive measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs
- Comply with all applicable laws regulations as well as company policies procedures
- Perform other assignments or duties as required
