Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Environmental Services supervisory or managerial capacity
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrated self-starter with problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive employee relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and conversational Spanish
- Good teaching and training abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 2 years experience in Environmental Services supervisory or managerial role
- Experience in healthcare facility preferred
- Some prior supervisory experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and conversational Spanish
- Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Ability to train individuals and groups
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Manage daily activities of cleaning and linen staff
- Maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly hospital environment
- Supervise and coordinate Environmental Services and Linen personnel work activities
- Perform daily rounds identifying quality issues and resolve them
- Prepare work assignments and staff schedules
- Conduct quality inspections and document follow-up
- Inventory and order supplies within budgetary guidelines
- Provide training and competency validation for staff
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation
- Communicate new industry trends and operational updates
- Conduct department meetings and training sessions
- Inspect facility areas to ensure cleanliness
- Schedule floor buffing and waxing
- Communicate with senior leadership and corporate in Director's absence
