Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units including P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
  • 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, with strong leadership and communication skills including training and coaching
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role
  • experience in a multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • college degree in business or related field or 4+ years of US Military service may substitute for some experience

Job Duties

  • grow a portfolio of successful businesses
  • lead a team of leaders including motivating, coaching, and strengthening Store Managers
  • serve as a resource providing expertise on customer issues, staffing and management concerns, store operations, and company policies
  • plan and implement district-level strategies to achieve financial, operational, and customer-service goals
  • ensure consistent execution of company policies and operational standards across stores
  • monitor store performance and address challenges unique to each location
  • foster community relationships and promote Starbucks values within the district
