Job Requirements

  • legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including more than 40 hours weekly
  • availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

  • capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and manage operational challenges
  • commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years managing multiple stores or departments with financial and operational responsibility
  • 5+ years leading teams of 6 or more with coaching and training experience
  • 3+ years experience in a customer service-oriented role
  • knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
  • strong leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • experience in a multi-unit retail environment

Job Duties

  • grow a portfolio of successful businesses by developing district-level strategies to meet financial, operational and customer-service goals
  • lead and motivate a team of store managers to strengthen leadership and retail operations
  • serve as a resource providing expertise on customer issues, team staffing, store operations and company policies
  • plan and implement consistent strategies across multiple stores to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • monitor store performance and provide guidance to meet business and community needs
  • foster strong relationships with local communities and customers to enhance brand presence
  • manage operational challenges and problem-solve to maintain store standards
