Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years managing multiple stores or departments with financial and operational responsibility
- 5+ years leading teams of 6 or more with coaching and training experience
- 3+ years experience in a customer service-oriented role
- knowledge of retail or restaurant industry operations and financial reporting
- strong leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to develop and implement business strategies
- experience in a multi-unit retail environment
Job Duties
- grow a portfolio of successful businesses by developing district-level strategies to meet financial, operational and customer-service goals
- lead and motivate a team of store managers to strengthen leadership and retail operations
- serve as a resource providing expertise on customer issues, team staffing, store operations and company policies
- plan and implement consistent strategies across multiple stores to ensure alignment with company objectives
- monitor store performance and provide guidance to meet business and community needs
- foster strong relationships with local communities and customers to enhance brand presence
- manage operational challenges and problem-solve to maintain store standards
