Job Requirements
- Must love working with the senior population
- Must be very customer service oriented
- Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities at the same time including a multi-line phone system, constant activity at the front desk, and email requests throughout the day
- Must be proficient with computers and very tech-savvy, or have the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient computer skills or ability to learn new technology quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and patience when working with seniors
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly manner
- Manage multi-line phone system efficiently
- Handle email requests and communicate effectively
- Balance multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Provide legendary customer service experiences
- Address complaints and resolve issues with tact
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
