Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, and 12AM-8AM
- Proficient with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to handle fast-paced and demanding work environment
- Willingness to work on a PRN (as needed) basis
- Strong desire to serve the senior population
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with senior populations is a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and patience
Job Duties
- Greet residents, guests, and associates with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone system and promptly respond to inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and activities for residents
- Handle email communications and ensure timely responses
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Address resident concerns and complaints courteously and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
