Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including 8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, and 12AM-8AM
  • Proficient with computers and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and demanding work environment
  • Willingness to work on a PRN (as needed) basis
  • Strong desire to serve the senior population

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with senior populations is a plus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and patience

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, guests, and associates with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage multi-line phone system and promptly respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and activities for residents
  • Handle email communications and ensure timely responses
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
  • Address resident concerns and complaints courteously and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
