Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-site retail or event operations experience
  • Proven success in team leadership across dispersed locations
  • Strong organizational time management and analytical skills with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between regional and site-specific leadership
  • Experience in building team culture and managing people operations
  • Solid knowledge of retail systems KPIs inventory processes and POS platforms
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long event days
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt quickly in dynamic event environments

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of multi-site retail or event operations experience preferably in high-volume fast-paced environments
  • Proven success in team leadership across geographically dispersed locations
  • Strong organizational time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to switch between regional oversight and site-specific leadership
  • Experience building team culture and managing people across markets
  • Knowledge of retail systems KPIs inventory processes and POS platforms

Job Duties

  • Oversee and mentor location managers across three event retail sites ensuring alignment with operational standards and retail goals
  • Develop and implement regional strategies around staffing infrastructure logistics and inventory deployment
  • Coordinate with FIFA partners venues and vendors to ensure operational readiness and brand consistency
  • Drive cross-site collaboration to ensure best practices and shared solutions
  • Take full-site leadership as City Manager at one key location during execution phase
  • Oversee retail operations including team leadership customer experience inventory sales performance and issue resolution
  • Lead by example providing on-the-ground support coaching and problem-solving
  • Ensure successful buildout and breakdown of retail operations including fixtures tents and POS
  • Support merchandising execution including planograms product placement and inventory management
  • Supervise staffing plans training scheduling and performance
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales foot traffic and staffing productivity and make data-driven adjustments
  • Conduct post-event reviews including financial performance inventory reconciliation and staff assessments
  • Collaborate with finance and logistics on profit loss analysis and inventory close-out
  • Prepare executive summaries and reports
