Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-site retail or event operations experience
- Proven success in team leadership across dispersed locations
- Strong organizational time management and analytical skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to switch seamlessly between regional and site-specific leadership
- Experience in building team culture and managing people operations
- Solid knowledge of retail systems KPIs inventory processes and POS platforms
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long event days
- Flexibility to travel and adapt quickly in dynamic event environments
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of multi-site retail or event operations experience preferably in high-volume fast-paced environments
- Proven success in team leadership across geographically dispersed locations
- Strong organizational time management and analytical skills
- Ability to switch between regional oversight and site-specific leadership
- Experience building team culture and managing people across markets
- Knowledge of retail systems KPIs inventory processes and POS platforms
Job Duties
- Oversee and mentor location managers across three event retail sites ensuring alignment with operational standards and retail goals
- Develop and implement regional strategies around staffing infrastructure logistics and inventory deployment
- Coordinate with FIFA partners venues and vendors to ensure operational readiness and brand consistency
- Drive cross-site collaboration to ensure best practices and shared solutions
- Take full-site leadership as City Manager at one key location during execution phase
- Oversee retail operations including team leadership customer experience inventory sales performance and issue resolution
- Lead by example providing on-the-ground support coaching and problem-solving
- Ensure successful buildout and breakdown of retail operations including fixtures tents and POS
- Support merchandising execution including planograms product placement and inventory management
- Supervise staffing plans training scheduling and performance
- Monitor KPIs such as sales foot traffic and staffing productivity and make data-driven adjustments
- Conduct post-event reviews including financial performance inventory reconciliation and staff assessments
- Collaborate with finance and logistics on profit loss analysis and inventory close-out
- Prepare executive summaries and reports
