Job Requirements
- background and fingerprint checks
- ability to lift 75 pounds
- valid application submission
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M.
- compliance with Tennessee public disclosure laws
- willingness to submit to ADA accommodation processes if needed
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of custodial methods, materials, and tools
- ability to lift 75 pounds
- willingness to attend meetings and training sessions
- experience working in a custodial or maintenance role preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

- perform preventive maintenance work
