Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- must possess a valid driver’s license
- must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions
- ability to work outdoors in all climates
- good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- basic literacy and numeracy
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- basic math skills for cash handling and revenue reconciliation
- friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
- experience or interest in working in a service-oriented environment
- willingness to adhere to safety and operational policies
- prior experience in valet, parking management, or related fields is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Coordinate traffic flow
- communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly and effectively with guests
- understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries
- monitor illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles
- interact with guests in a friendly manner
- assist guests with loading and unloading
- collect and secure guest keys
- predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
- identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times
- accurately tally and split the tip pool
- receive and receipt a variety of valet payments
- accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
- project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary
- operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations
- work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time
- keep work area clean of debris
