Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to engage with children in a positive manner
- reliable and punctual
- physical ability to participate in outdoor activities
- ability to work flexible summer hours
- must pass background check
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working with children preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- enthusiasm for outdoor activities and child development
- first aid and CPR certification is a plus
Job Duties
- supervise campers during all camp activities
- ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- facilitate recreational and educational activities
- promote a positive and inclusive camp environment
- encourage camper participation and teamwork
- assist with daily camp operations and logistics
- support campers in resolving conflicts and fostering friendships
