Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
  • Proven experience in presentation or public speaking
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail and results-oriented mindset
  • High level of technological proficiency
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to use hands and arms repetitively during demos

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
  • Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on-camera
  • Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
  • Results and detail-oriented
  • Extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Be a subject matter expert by fully understanding the features and benefits of the client's products including accessories
  • Conduct world-class demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products by creating immersive experiences with consumers
  • Process consumer transactions using the Point of Sale system
  • Achieve goals and key performance indicators in partnership with the Retail Manager and develop action plans if targets are not met
  • Perform day to day operations including opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
  • Arrive on time with a can-do attitude ready to support team goals and daily operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
