Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation or public speaking
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail and results-oriented mindset
- High level of technological proficiency
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to use hands and arms repetitively during demos
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on-camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Results and detail-oriented
- Extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Be a subject matter expert by fully understanding the features and benefits of the client's products including accessories
- Conduct world-class demonstrations of mixed reality and wearable products by creating immersive experiences with consumers
- Process consumer transactions using the Point of Sale system
- Achieve goals and key performance indicators in partnership with the Retail Manager and develop action plans if targets are not met
- Perform day to day operations including opening and closing procedures and maintain interactive customer displays
- Arrive on time with a can-do attitude ready to support team goals and daily operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
