Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government or commercial food service
- clearance through criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug screening required
- ability to obtain a food handler’s card
- reliable transportation
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- physical ability to lift/move up to 50lbs frequently
- ability to stand for four or more hours
- free of communicable diseases including tuberculosis in communicable form
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up scullery and pot and pan room
- wash dishes, pots and pans, and other cooking utensils
- sweep and mop floors
- bus and clean tables
- clean kitchen and dining areas, refrigerators, and cooking equipment
- clean restrooms
- set up the serving line before the meal period and break down/clean the serving line after the meal period is over
- follow all procedures and safety regulations
- promptly report accidents, critical incidents, and/or injuries
- work as part of a team
- take direction and follow the Supervisor's directions
- accept feedback on performance and be able to correct any deficiencies noted
- perform other duties as assigned
