Job Duties
- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests within 30 seconds of entering the concept
- Takes guests food and drink orders promptly
- Operates coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepares and presents beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately totals, processes, and collects payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handles money and processes credit and debit card transactions complying with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Demonstrates knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
