Job Requirements

  • Over the age of 18 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift
  • Active in-state driver’s license with no restrictions or probationary status
  • Clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Valid in-state driver’s license with no restrictions or probationary status
  • Clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Basic technology skills for operating apps and tablets
  • Bilingual skills a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with compassion and empathy
  • Provide exceptional valet and customer service including parking and retrieving vehicles with safety and efficiency
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges by offering wheelchair and escort services
  • Use technology and apps daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records including photos and vehicle condition reports
  • Manage parking logistics following site requirements and traffic laws
  • Uphold a clean and professional work environment while performing physically demanding tasks outdoors
