Job Requirements
- Over the age of 18 years old
- Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
- Must be comfortable working outdoors for the entire shift
- Active in-state driver’s license with no restrictions or probationary status
- Clean driving record for the past 5 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
- Professionalism, integrity, and compassion in all interactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with a professional and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic technology skills for operating apps and tablets
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with compassion and empathy
- Provide exceptional valet and customer service including parking and retrieving vehicles with safety and efficiency
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges by offering wheelchair and escort services
- Use technology and apps daily to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
- Maintain accurate records including photos and vehicle condition reports
- Manage parking logistics following site requirements and traffic laws
- Uphold a clean and professional work environment while performing physically demanding tasks outdoors
