Job Requirements

  • Over the age of 18 years old
  • Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Due to the nature of this position, must live within 15-20 minutes of the facility supported
  • Must have at least 1 year of strong in-person customer service experience
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment for the entire shift
  • Possess an active in-state driver's license (no permits or probationary license)
  • Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years
  • Work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for hours in an outdoor environment
  • Comfortable using apps and technology
  • Bilingual ability is a plus but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Adequately operate apps and technology on a tablet
  • Move with urgency and speed to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong ability to perform at a high level of customer service in a physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm and friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy
  • Provide exceptional valet and customer service for patients and guests, primarily entailing parking and retrieval of vehicles with urgency and operational efficiency, while ensuring safety and security
  • Support and work in a team environment to meet all client relationship metrics
  • Daily use of apps and technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics
  • Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed
  • Maintain meticulous records including photos of vehicles and conditions
  • Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to site requirements and traffic laws
