Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service related to concierge or onboarding roles
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of multiple accounts effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for making outbound calls
  • Proficiency in CRM and HelpDesk software
  • Strong skills in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish and English preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service in a concierge or onboarding type role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to devise impactful solutions to customer issues while retaining customers
  • Experience with CRMs or HelpDesk systems is an asset
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
  • Adaptable and agile to changing priorities
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a significant advantage

Job Duties

  • Oversee a pipeline of 30-40 accounts on a regular basis at different stages of the onboarding process
  • Make on average 60-70 outbound calls on a daily basis, providing critical information to accounts about their onboarding status, gathering essential details to ensure smooth onboarding and a world-class customer experience
  • Act as a point of deescalation for merchants and provide prompt and adequate solutions to their challenges
  • Collaborate with all operations departments to act as a merchant advocate and ensure the delivery of promised service
  • Humanize each account and build genuine connections with customers to add value to every interaction
  • Properly document each merchant interaction in the CRM system and other tracking tools such as Google Sheets and VOIP systems
