Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail cashiering or merchandising preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as stocking
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math skills
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Job Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and direct them to products or parts specialist
- Check out customers efficiently and courteously
- Maintain front area stocked and merchandised according to planograms
- Complete sales preparation including price changes and sales signage
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security
- Collaborate with management to complete store tasks and uphold company image
