Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies
- Ability to handle physical demands of stocking and merchandising
- Pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to parts specialist
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms and company guidelines
- Maintain merchandise displays to ensure they are fronted, full, and clean daily
- Make price changes, update sale signs, and remove promotional materials after sales end
- Assist with inventory tasks including stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Act as a front floor security presence to deter shoplifting
- Check out customers quickly and efficiently, handle returns and payment processing
- Support store management by completing To Do List and Team Weekly tasks
- Assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities
- Clock in and out according to company policy
