Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail cashier or stocking preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Bilingual candidates encouraged
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Previous cashier or stocking experience is desirable
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle is desirable
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired
Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise
- Direct customers to parts specialist for hard parts
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise
- Keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean daily
- Make display changes according to guidelines and planograms
- Update pricing and sale signs
- Handle stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Act as shoplifting deterrent and maintain front floor security
- Complete sales preparations and store To Do List tasks
- Assist customers at checkout with friendliness and efficiency
- Process merchandise returns
- Assist with transactions during busy periods
