Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cashiering or stock replenishment preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- organizational skills to maintain planograms and displays
- able to work flexible hours including weekends
- bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- compliance with company clock in/out policies
Job Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- good interpersonal communication skills
- good organizational skills
- previous cashier or stocking experience desired
- fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicle desired
Job Duties
- Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in finding merchandise or direct them to parts specialists
- check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms
- keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean
- make display changes and price adjustments as per company guidelines
- ensure all sale signage is in place and sales material is removed after promotions
- assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- act as a deterrent to shoplifting and maintain front floor security
- check out customers efficiently and handle merchandise returns
- assist in express lane and complete customer transactions
