Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail, stocking, or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to handle monetary transactions accurately
- Strong customer service orientation
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to stocking
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bilingual abilities encouraged but not required
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Previous cashier or stocking experience preferred
- Basic math aptitude for handling number sequences
- Ability to follow company planograms and merchandising guidelines
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting
Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist with merchandise location
- Direct customers to parts specialist when needed
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms
- Keep sales floor stocked, fronted, and clean daily
- Make display and pricing changes including sale signage
- Remove sale materials and restore prices after promotions
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Act as a frontline deterrent to shoplifting and maintain floor security
- Assist customers with checkout and handle merchandise returns
- Support store image making and complete weekly team tasks
- Clock in and out following company policies
