Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle desired
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, encouraged
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist in merchandise location or direct to parts specialist
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise
- Keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean daily
- Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms
- Update out-front pricing and sale signage
- Stock sales flyer racks and maintain sale merchandise quantities
- Remove sale materials and restore pricing after sales end
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks with manager
- Act as shoplifting deterrent and front floor security
- Assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities
- Clock in/out according to company policy
- Check out customers quickly and friendly
- Handle merchandise returns efficiently
- Assist with transactions during busy times
