Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Job Qualifications

Good interpersonal communication skills
Good organizational skills
Aptitude for dealing with number sequences
Previous cashier or stocking experience preferred
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle
Fluency in multiple languages highly desired, especially Spanish

Job Duties

Greet customers on sales floor and assist in locating merchandise or direct to parts specialist
Check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms
Maintain merchandise displays fronted, full, and clean daily
Make display changes and price adjustments according to company guidelines
Ensure sale signs and sales flyer racks are stocked and removed timely
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
Act as shoplifting deterrent and maintain front floor security
Complete store tasks as assigned by manager
Process customer checkouts and merchandise returns efficiently
Handle transactions involving cash, checks, and credit cards
