Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- good interpersonal communication skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to work flexibly on the sales floor and cashier duties
- willingness to assist with store security
- availability to follow company policies including clocking in and out
- bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- previous cashier or stocking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct to parts specialist
- check in, price, and stock merchandise according to planograms
- keep merchandise on display floor fronted, full, and clean daily
- make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms
- make all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs and flyers are displayed correctly
- remove sale materials and restore original pricing after sales
- assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- act as main shoplifting deterrent and front floor security
- assist with O'Reilly Image Maker responsibilities
- clock in and out according to policy
- check out customers purchasing front floor merchandise efficiently and friendly
- handle merchandise returns
- assist with ticket completion and payment processing when counter is busy
