Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Bilingual skills encouraged especially Spanish
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures consistently
Job Qualifications
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages especially Spanish is highly desired
Job Duties
- Greet customers on sales floor and assist with locating merchandise
- Direct customers to parts specialists for hard parts
- Check in, price, and stock merchandise
- Keep display floor stocked, fronted, and clean
- Make display changes according to planograms and company guidelines
- Ensure sale signs and sales flyer racks are properly maintained
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns
- Act as the main deterrent to shoplifting and maintain front floor security
- Check out customers quickly and efficiently
- Handle merchandise returns in a friendly manner
- Assist with cashier duties during busy times
