Job Requirements
- Availability to work part-time hours between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays and weekends
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and perform frequent handling tasks
- Ability to successfully pass background check, drug screen, math test, physical, and physical capacity test
- Must routinely lift up to 40 pounds and maneuver large bulky racks
- Must uphold Franz core values
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to provide driving abstract if requested
- Solid work history with a reliable attendance record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in merchandising or related field
- Experience in bakery, bread, or food industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Proven reliability and safety consciousness
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Maintain bakery products in assigned stores including stocking shelves
- Rotate outdated products to ensure freshness
- Face products to present bakery items pleasingly
- Maintain neat and orderly appearance of bakery products
- Drive own vehicle to deliver product to customer locations
- Load and unload products in company-issued vehicles including pushing and pulling racks and trays
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
