Job Requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work and collaborate effectively with others including team, other depts. and clients/customers
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs.
- Hang merchandise as needed
- Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. overhead
- Bending, pulling/pushing up to 340 pounds on a two-wheeler
- Ability to continuously stand or walk

- Repetitive carrying and reaching
- Stand for extended periods of time
- Able to perform job-related tasks without hindering the safety of self or other employees, while wearing safety equipment needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to calculate simple math functions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude
- Good organization skills and multitasking ability
- Experience with Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- A team player with a readiness to communicate often and effectively preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple projects preferred
- Direct experience in wholesale beer distribution and/or brewer/supplier operations preferred
Job Duties
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and special events
- Be responsible for equipment and point of sale materials
- Assist with retail deliveries when required
- Assist with placement or installation of point of sale, merchandising and display activities in retail accounts
- Stock shelves according to current shelf schematic
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding product freshness and rotation
- Monitor condition of POS (paper and permanent), and coordinate replacement with sales rep
- Follow all product handling procedures according to each retailer's policy
- Adhere to the route schedule to ensure proper coverage and service of assigned accounts
- Construct and maintain retail displays as instructed by District Manager or Sales Rep
- Deliver immediate need 'hot shot' retail order requests
- Adhere to company policies and laws (local, federal & state) pertaining to product invoicing, signatures and payment collection
- Effectively communicate and work with other team members
- Complete assigned training and development classes as assigned
- Attend company meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
