Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience with 1+ years in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires including evenings and weekends
- Ability to walk bend down repeatedly and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Maximize product inventory including processing freight organizing and distributing inventory pulling and stocking merchandise building displays and end caps placing signage supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders assisting with in-store and curbside pick-up and deliveries
- Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers engaging to build relationships informing about products and services
- Participate in wine spirits and beer training to build product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
