Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail environment beneficial
- Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks as described
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must possess clean driving record
- Must successfully pass pre employment drug screen
- Ability to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing for extended periods, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, lifting heavy items up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 185 pound keg, moving between cold coolers, climbing ladders, and capability to talk and hear
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Neatly merchandising displays and shelves and maintaining clean shelf conditions
- Building display point of sale in all areas of stores
- Properly rotating product
- Maintain accurate price tags and point of sale in all departments
- Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals and provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule
- Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the sales management staff
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary
