Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must be able to follow verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate appropriately with coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform required duties
- Must be able to safely handle, lift and carry items
- Maneuver carts and containers filled with clothing and materials
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to stoop and bend
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
Job Duties
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping
- Assist in receiving, monitoring stock and processing, replenishing merchandise as necessary
- Follow safety protocols at all times and especially when using equipment in the warehouse
- Safely operate equipment which you have been properly trained to use
- Operate efficiently and stay on task to meet or exceed established goals
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and practices including signage, pricing and loss prevention
- Must be able to perform all aspects of the donation process, including receiving donations
- Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and others
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
