Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or merchandising experience advantageous
- Ability to operate technology and mobile applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license meeting company vehicle policy
Job Duties
- Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
- Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
- Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
- Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
- Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
- Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner
- Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
