Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Provide reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Meet DOT requirements including Medical Card and Road Test if driving a DOT-regulated route truck
- Must be 21 years or older if required to operate DOT truck
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous merchandising or retail experience helpful but not required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and product rotation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to operate DOT-regulated trucks if applicable
Job Duties
- Keep bread aisle and display locations stocked appropriately in stores
- Maintain clean and organized back-room product inventory
- Rotate products according to color code
- Ensure product availability meets consumer demand
- Operate route truck if required complying with DOT regulations
- Collaborate with store personnel to optimize product display
- Monitor product freshness and quality on shelves
